Le marché du panneau solaire en France emploie près de 13 000 personnes que ce soit dans le domaine de l’équipement et de l’installation que dans le cadre de l’exploitation des sites. Pour une puissance PPI totale de 5.4 GW à la fin septembre 2014, gérée sur 95% du territoire par ERDF. Sur ce secteur innovant, l’entreprise française Disasolar a encore fait preuve d’ingéniosité en lançant un panneaux solaire organique multi couleurs pour une grande première mondiale.
Cette société filiale du groupe Disa – Megamark – Postmark – Glimma spécialisé dans les images appliquées et numéro 1 sur le domaine de la fourniture / déploiement de solutions imprimées, marquage en communication visuelle hors média et en signalétiques, dirige 250 salariés pour un CA annuel de près de 45 millions d’euros. Disasolar concentre le cœur de son activité sur le photovoltaïque sur mesure de 1ère, 2ème et 3ème génération.
Elle a récemment annoncé la création d’un module photovoltaïque polychrome organique, qui est le fruit d’un travail de plus de 3 ans financé par la DGA en étroite collaboration avec différents laboratoires de recherche français (le CEA à INES et le CNRS-XLIM-MINACOM). Cette nouveauté, a1 0ussi appelée OPV, est une belle avancée vers une production d’énergie sur mesure qui présente certains avantages sur les modèles déjà existants : comme la souplesse, la légèreté, la finesse ou encore ses possibilités de customisation.
Il devient ainsi facile de s’adapter aux demandes des clients en terme de spécification / intégration produit en jouant sur les propriétés électriques, la couleur du module ou encore sa forme. D’ailleurs 3 différents matériaux de couches actives aux couleurs différentes ont été imprimées sur le même plastique, cela afin de permettre la customisation facile des modules solaires. L’esthétisme devrait aussi être plus attirant grâce au choix de couleurs et de design, bien loin des “classiques” panneaux photovoltaïque actuels et leur unique coloris assorti à une forme rectangulaire un peu triste.
Disasolar, en partenariat avec la DGA, a aussi testé des procédés de fabrication de modules de camouflages organiques (au niveau du design de la connectique, modules et cellules ainsi que sur le développement du logiciel et du procédé d’impression).
